TEDx Conference Branding and Event design

2021- 2022, 1 year

My role as the lead designer for the 2022 TedX San Luis Obispo conference involved creating a brand for the theme Transcending the Norm. I also designed social media content for the marketing and engagement of the event, conference deliverables such as lanyards and signage of all sizes, and communication packages for sponsors and speakers to have clear communication and objectives of the goals of the conference.

As a lead graphic designer on the team, I worked to establish brand guidelines for consistent use of design graphics.

I was also able to work closely with one of the speakers, to design her presentation slides in accordance to her research and speech.

Lastly, on the day of the event, I helped administer and film the conference, managing speakers, speeches, audience members, and the overall event flow.
